Shannon.. :) It's a sign that a dear friend is alive and perhaps well on the other end of the country. I'm sure you know what it's like to worry about someone, eh? Like your precious daughter during her high risk pregnancy.. but then, sometimes there are happy endings and I see evidence of that in your case too. It's good to see you, ma'am.

Wow! Congratulations. Yes, I know exactly what it's like. I'm very happy your friend is indeed alive and (hopefully) well. I honestly can't imagine the circumstance of 'not knowing'...it's one thing to worry about the obvious but quite another not to know...ya know? (heh) I'm glad this story has the makings of a happy ending :)
